• Entry Fee $5 per class
• Office Fee $2 per horse/rider combo
• Shavings $6
• Stalls Available $20 per day (call West 20 to reserve)
• Food Stand on Grounds, all Proceeds go to Willow Creek Ranch
• Negative Coggins must be shown and a copy left with the show office, for each show ($1 fee will be charged for each copy we make).
• No dogs allowed

** Rider must be 6 or under and have a handler

* CONTESTANTS with SPECIAL NEEDS CLASSES
Level A*:		Rider must be 6 yrs. or younger, have a handler, and 1–2 sidewalkers .
Level B:		Rider must have a handler and 1–2 sidewalkers.
Level C:		Rider has a spotter for assistance. Lead must be off at walk, attached at trot.
Level D:		Rider has NO handler or spotter or sidewalker. Unassisted.
(Contestants will be judged on horsemanship skills only, and not on attire or training level of horse.)

After downloading and printing, fill out all forms and bring them to West 20 just prior to your desired show. All forms must be filled out to compete.
